03 — About the Publication

An Independent Journal of Nutritional Observation

London, January 2026 — Ibron Field Notes began as a personal archive. The editors, each with a background in nutrition writing and lifestyle journalism, found a recurring gap in the available reading: material that documented eating practice without making extravagant claims.

What follows in each issue is observation, not advocacy. Notes on seasonal produce, recorded meal planning sequences, attentive entries on the relationship between physical activity and a nourishing plate. No promises of transformation — only documentation of what a considered daily routine can look like.

About the Editors

"The plate is a daily record. Not of ambition or aspiration, but of accumulated gesture — what was available, what was chosen, what recurred across the week with quiet regularity."

— Harriet Marsden, Editor — Ibron Field Notes, February 2026
